Phuket International Soccer 7's (Nov. 2004)
In Phuket, we have the perfect location for this tournament, with
the great opportunity to join the love of soccer with holidays in
one of the most beautiful part of the world.
Friday 26 November 2004 (Arrival in Phuket - Captain Briefing
- Opening Ceremony)
During all day... Welcome at Phuket airport by our hostess with
banner, then transfer by air-conditionned vehicule to your hotel
(about 45 minutes). At the arrival, welcome drink and check-in the
room for 3-4-5 nights or more (only for teams who have booked an
accommodation package at our Official Hotels). Guides team and staff
are at your service in order to give all information to guests about
money exchange, ATM, post-office, restaurants, shopping, tours…

18:00 Captain Briefing is held at the St Malo Snooker
& Bar, in Soi Sansabai, Patong Beach. Team captain or
a representative from each team & one player per team
should be present at this meeting. An French Aperitif is offered
at the arrival, following by some snacks and salades. Clarification
of rules and final tournament information are given at this
briefing. Each team captain receives the official programme.

20:00 Opening Ceremony in Bangla road, in the famous
Soi Crocodile. Welcome drink at arrival for all players, following
by a speech from the organizer presenting the tournament,
referees, teams and all sponsors.

Saturday 27 November 2004 (1st day Tournament - Evening Party)
Transportation: Depending on the playing venue, tansport is arranged
for teams staying in the tournament official hotels only. Those
who have arranged their own accommodation are responsible for their
own transport.

09:00-18:00 The 2004 Phuket International Soccer 7's
tournament is played over 2 days on grassed outdoor pitch
in Phuket Island, with games kicking off at 9:00 each day.
The first day consists of round-robin pool games in groups
of 4-5 teams. Each team's final position in their group decides
whether they enter the cup or bowl on the second day.
All teams play a minimum of five games. Buffet lunch and soft
drinks are provided for all players at the playing venue during
the entire tournament.

20:00 Private Party at the Valhalla Bar in Soi Sunset.
Viking style place, with pool, restaurant, bar, American pool,
Snooker, Danish billiard... Some free drinks and snacks specialities
are offered by bar's owner, and much more…

Sunday 28 November 2004 (2nd day Tournament - Award Dinner)
Transportation: Depending on the playing venue, tansport is arranged
for teams staying in the tournament official hotels only. Those
who have arranged their own accommodation are responsible for their
own transport.

09:00-18:00 This second day of the tournament is a
double elimination knockout format. Pool and early knockout
games are 7 minutes each way and the final is 10 minutes each
way. (See the Official Program of the Phuket International
Soccer 7s for all details concerning the tournament, teams,
rules, timing… which is provided during the Captain briefing
on Friday)
Buffet lunch and soft drinks are provided for all players
at the playing venue during the entire tournament.

20:00 Award Dinner with organizers, sponsors and officials
who award 2004 Phuket International Soccer 7’s winners
at Crocodile Discotheque, in the Soi Bangla in Patong Beach.
Welcome drink at the arrival, followed by a delicious Thai
buffet dinner. Special show and draw of lottery with several
prize for winners.

Monday
29 November 2004 (Departure from Phuket or extension for holidays...)
The next days are free at leisure.
Guides team and staff are at your service in order to propose optional
tours & all activities during these days if you want to discover
the amazing island of Phuket, or if you want to explore the Andaman
underwater, which is rich on fish and corals.
Concerning the teams who are transferred to Phuket airport, transportation
is provided by air-conditioned vehicle (only for teams who have
booked an accommodation package at the Official Hotels - Thanks
to confirm in advance your departure time for Phuket airport).

17:00 A friendly Snooker Tournament is organised at
the St Malo Snooker & Bar, in Soi Sansabai, Patong Beach.
